45-Day Return Period: You have 45 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Refunds will be initiated within 3 business days after your return is received and approved.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be undamaged and unused.
It must include all original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was received. If a return is due to damage or defect, we will cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

Damages and Issues: We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you discover a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will promptly address the issue.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund accordingly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. All return conditions outlined above apply.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
