45-Day Return Period: You have 45 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please allow 3 business days for your refund to be initiated after the return has been approved.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be undamaged or unused.
- It should be returned with all original tags.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will provide you detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping unless the product is damaged. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: Our restocking fee is $6.99.

Damages and Issues: We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to get the product you desire is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The return conditions are the same as mentioned above.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
